Adilene (Adi) Meza is the founder and owner of Flawless Aesthetics & Boutique. A dedicated entrepreneur and mother of three, Adi draws inspiration from her daughters, who serve as a constant reminder of why she pursues her dreams.

With over 11 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Adi worked a traditional 8-to-5 job before making a pivotal decision three years ago to follow her passion for skincare. She enrolled in esthetics school, not realizing at the time that this path would ignite a deep passion for the industry. Becoming self-employed with a flexible schedule proved to be the career shift she had been looking for.

Adi's journey in aesthetics began in 2021 from the comfort of her home before transitioning to a rental suite. After months of hard work and dedication, she achieved a major milestone in August 2024—opening her very own spa. What started as a dream became a reality, allowing her to create a space where she could provide high-quality skincare treatments. Initially starting as a lash technician, she quickly fell in love with skincare and pursued expertise as a skin specialist and educator.

Recognizing another opportunity, Adi expanded her business by incorporating a boutique into her spa. When the chance arose to take over an existing clothing store, she seized it, blending her passion for fashion with her commitment to helping others feel confident. Today, Adi’s Clothing Boutique welcomes clients at the spa’s entrance, offering stylish, curated pieces that reflect her love for fashion.

Adi continues to grow her business, empowering others through skincare, beauty, and fashion—all while staying true to her entrepreneurial spirit and the inspiration she finds in her family.
